How do I return an item?
Cut or custom-made items are not returnable!
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just mail it back to us and we’ll refund the purchase price or replace the item.
If you want to return an item, mail the item together with your name, address, email, phone number, and invoice/packing slip if available to

We suggest you insure your return since we are not responsible for items not received by us. Please indicate the reason for the return. Upon receipt of your package, we’ll send a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
Returns without an invoice/packing slip will be offered a store credit or merchandise exchange. Shipping costs are only refundable for defective items or for shipping errors.
